Parking

This unit features 2 underground parking spots accessible though the building.

There are 4 EV charger outlets available for use in the parking lot of Building 3000.

Keurig

We’ve got a starter kit ready with a drink to enjoy while you

unpack and make yourself at home.

Step 1: Remove the plastic carafe from the back of the Keurig and fill with water.

Step 2: Once the carafe is back in the machine, press the power button to turn it on.

Step 3: Lift the top of the Keurig open and insert your selected coffee pod.

Step 4: Close the lid once the pod is correctly inserted and place your mug on the platform underthe brewer.

Step 5: Select one ofthe flashing buttons thatindicate your desired coffee size.

Step 6: Brew and enjoy!

Garbage and Recylcing

Please remove all garbage and recycling before checkout.

Bins are in black metal enclosures at both ends of the parking lot.

Access code: Press 2 and 4 together, then 3.

Separate items into the designated bins..

Hot Tub

Enjoy a communal Hot Tub and BBQ on the shared rooftop terrace.

Take the elevator to the top floor and find it there.

The unit comes with a Smart TV and cable

Heating & Cooling

Enjoy your own BBQ on the balcony of your unit, or a hared one along side the Hot Tub on the shared rooftop terrace.
